Product Definition:
Foaming impregnated non-woven fabric and ordinary impregnated non-woven fabric are both made of PET polyester as raw material. The biggest difference is that foaming reagent is added to the impregnating solution, which generates a large amount of foam in the impregnating tank, and together with the binder and soft-touch reagent, the combed fiber web is bonded and solidified, and then a soft-touch non-woven fabric is processed through subsequent drying and hot rolling processes.
