Product Definition:
Foaming impregnated non-woven fabric and ordinary impregnated nonwoven are both made of PET polyester chemical fiber. The biggest difference is that foam reagent is added to the impregnating solution, generating a large amount of foam in the impregnating tank, which is bonded and solidified with the binder and hardening reagent together with the combed fiber web, and then processed into a hard-handed nonwoven through subsequent drying and hot rolling processes.
