Impregnated non woven fabric is made of PET polyester chemical fiber, and chemical reagents (usually adhesives and reagents for stiffening the hand) are used to bond the carded fiber web through the impregnation tank, and then processed through the subsequent drying and hot rolling process to form a non woven fabric with a stiff hand.
