C7018 Microdot non woven fusible interlining is generally made of polyester staple fiber as raw material, after opening cotton, combing cotton, laying net, hot rolled by hot rolling stick to make non-woven backing fabric, then the pulp containing hot melt adhesive is evenly transferred to the bottom fabric through the equipment and dried by the drying room to complete the gluing process, the finished product is pulp dot nonwoven interlining fabric.

Microdot Fusible Interlining Fabric Production Process:

The polyester staple fiber or other fibers are fully broken up and mixed by the open cotton process. After combing and spreading, the backing is hot-rolled by hot-rolling sticks to complete the production of backing fabric.

Introduction To The Slurry Point Coating Process:

The paste point method is to mix certain particle size hot melt adhesive powder with water thickener etc. according to certain formula and process to make a stable paste with certain viscosity first. Then, drawing on the circular screen printing process, the slurry containing hot melt adhesive is transferred to the base fabric in a dotted form through the finely designed circular screen inner hole under the pressure exerted by the squeegee. In the end, the hot melt glue is melted and cooled in the drying room by evaporating water.
